This website and store are operated by Sloppy Doe Outdoors, LLC, doing business as Sloppy Doe Scent Company ("Sloppy Doe," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our website, purchasing our products, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including hunting scents, attractants, scent accessories, apparel, outdoor products, and related merchandise. Packaging, colors, product appearance, ingredients, formulations, specifications, and availability may change from time to time.

Product images are for representation purposes and actual products may vary slightly.

Hunting Products

Sloppy Doe products are intended for lawful hunting, scouting, outdoor, and recreational uses as described for each product. Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local hunting laws, wildlife regulations, transportation restrictions, and rules governing the possession or use of hunting scents and attractants in the location where the product will be possessed or used.

Laws concerning natural deer urine, cervid products, attractants, feeding, baiting, and scent products vary by jurisdiction and may change. The availability of a product for purchase does not mean that its possession or use is legal in every jurisdiction.

Product Performance

Hunting conditions and animal behavior are inherently unpredictable. Sloppy Doe does not guarantee that use of any scent, attractant, wick, rope, accessory, or other hunting product will attract wildlife or result in the observation or harvest of an animal.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or legal/regulatory restrictions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing

Prices and promotions may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or availability.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and aren't guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Additional terms are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Sloppy Doe name, logos, product names, artwork, graphics, photographs, packaging, website content, slogans, designs, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Sloppy Doe Outdoors, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without authorization except as permitted by applicable law.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website, products, content, or services for unlawful purposes; attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website; submit fraudulent information; infringe intellectual-property rights; or otherwise violate applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sloppy Doe Outdoors, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the misuse of our products or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
